email Shellie  Shellie Smith

Shellie SmithShellie lives in Clanton, Alabama where she serves the children of Chilton County as a school nurse.  Along with her husband and 3 children, she developed her love for Disney travel after making her first trip there in 2002 with Jacob and Anna.   Since then, she and Chris have added another child (Sam) and have traveled to Disney at least once a year in some capacity.

After an initial 5 day trip, Shellie learned that 5 short days was not enough time to see everything that a Disney attraction has to offer.  Her personal trips now consist of at least a week so she can experience all of the service and amenities available to Disney travelers.  Her personal slogan for Disney travel is that “if you can’t have fun at Disney, you don’t know the definition of fun”.

From rides to shows to fireworks to restaurants, there is no trip complete without a travel plan.  Shellie has become a master at managing all waking hours available to park travelers.  From planning the next meal to magic hours and character dining, Shellie knows how to plan a trip so that you experience everything Disney in whatever amount of time you choose to stay.  She has personally dined at over 20 of the restaurants around the parks and resorts and has graduated from the Disney College of Knowledge.

A final demonstration of Shellie’s Disney love is that for her  40th birthday, she was surprised with a weekend getaway for her and Chris to the place of her dreams:  Walt Disney World!    They enjoyed a “Keys to the Kingdom” backstage tour along with other attractions they would not normally experience when the entire family travels.  What they learned is that regardless of age and travel agenda, there is something magical about spending time at Disney for a special occasion.

From serving school children during the week to your children on the weekend, Shellie is ready and willing to help you plan your next Disney destination.

Carrie Voss  Email Carrie

Carrie VossCarrie lives in Kentucky with her husband, John, and their daughter, Emily. She is currently a stay-at-home mom, but taught second grade for nearly eight years. She loves all things Disney, whether it’s planning birthday parties, movie nights, Walt Disney World vacations, Disney Cruise Line vacations or pretending to have a character dinner at home (complete with her daughter changing into her princess costumes and coming to the dinner table for pictures and autographs). She also loves University of Kentucky basketball, watching gymnastics, helping with the youth at her church and consignment shopping.

She has been so fortunate to have been able to go on thirteen Disney World vacations in her lifetime, with most of them in the past ten years. Her parents took her for the first time when she was three years old. She was able to go back a few more times during her childhood. When she was married, she was able to take her husband on his first trip in July of 2004. They had such a wonderful time together that he surprised her with a Disney World weekend trip for their 5th wedding anniversary in November of the same year! They went several other times as a couple. Their favorite experience was the Keys to the Kingdom Tour at Magic Kingdom! When they became parents, Carrie’s love for Disney entered an all new level. They took their daughter to the Magic Kingdom the day before she turned 2 and she’s been hooked ever since; she has been to Disney World on four vacations.  From singing “Part of your World” when she met her favorite princess, Ariel,  to dancing with Prince Charming at a character dinner to saying she wants to grow up and be a princess and be in the Disney parade, Carrie is so thrilled that she enjoys all things Disney, too!

Carrie’s all-time favorite vacation was a seven-night Western Caribbean Disney cruise in 2009 to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary and their daughter’s 2nd birthday. It was the trip of a lifetime! She can’t say enough great things about Disney Cruise Line; the service from the waiters and stateroom hostess, the Oceaneer Club for kids, port adventures, cleanliness, variety of food, nightly Broadway-style Disney shows and attention to detail are just a few things that set them apart from other cruise lines. She can’t wait to go back again for her 15th wedding anniversary in 2014!

A few of Carrie’s favorites at  Magic Kingdom are Enchanted Tales with Belle, Under the Sea-The Journey of the Little Mermaid, Splash Mountain, Celebrate A Dream Come True parade and Wishes fireworks. At Hollywood Studios, her favorites are Toy Story Midway Mania, Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage and Pixar Pals Countdown to Fun parade. At Epcot, she likes to ride Soarin’ over and over again! Carrie’s all-time favorite ride is Expedition Everest at Animal Kingdom. Her favorite character meals are Disney Junior Play ‘n Dine and Cinderella’s Happily Ever After dinner.

As a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge, Carrie is able to help plan every detail of your Disney vacation. She knows how to find the best deal and right fit for your family’s needs. Her attention to detail will leave no questions unanswered.
